Bio

Chef Gabriel Chavez honed his skills at some of Seattle’s best restaurants including Boat Street Cafe, Via Tribulani and Serafina. His innate understanding of seasonal ingredients made him a perfect fit for Chavez and executive chef for the Cantinetta restaurant group.
