Bio

Executive Chef Jeff Maxfield is taking SkyCity at the Needle to new heights. The abundant produce and seafood from the Puget Sound area serve as the root of his inspired menus. Growing up, Chef Jeff enjoyed digging for shellfish in Hood Canal with his grandfather. In 2013, his creations were featured at the prestigious James Beard House.
